Based on our many years of experience and partner feedback, we have developed three different fruit packages to help offices easily and quickly find their ideal solution. Most of our partners choose the Gyümi Mix package, which contains at least 5 types of fresh, popular fruits that change seasonally. This diverse selection has proven successful in almost every office, which is why the vast majority of orders come from this package.
Of course, there are also offices where they prefer to regularly order a package consisting of one or two types of fruit – we also provide this flexibly.
If you are considering a custom arrangement, it is worth contacting us first. In our experience, in most cases one of the three predefined packages is perfectly suitable, but if needed, we are happy to help you find the best solution for your office.

Our goal is to ensure that the fruits are varied, fresh, and enjoyable for everyone.
Before consumption, please, make sure to wash them.
Previously, packages were typically requested for the beginning of the week, but more and more customers are choosing the second half of the week. In this case, the arrival of the fruit gives extra motivation for colleagues to stay in the office during the second half of the week. 🙂
To avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask that orders be placed via email.
Please write what you would like to order, when you would like it, and where it should be delivered, and we will organize the delivery accordingly.
We are also happy to discuss details by phone, but order confirmation by email is required in all cases.
Please place your order by Thursday of the week prior to delivery at the latest.
If you cancel your order for a given week, of course no costs will be charged for that week.

We take back the crates during the next delivery, clean them, and put them back into use. This way, we significantly reduce the amount of packaging waste.
If you experience this, just let us know, and we will automatically replace the defective items with the next delivery.
COMPLAINT HANDLING
Payment is made on a monthly settlement basis:
in cash, upon the first delivery of the following month
by bank transfer, invoiced after monthly delivery, typically with a 30-day payment term
(if this is not sufficient due to your company’s operations, feel free to let us know and we will adjust the payment term)
We issue a consolidated invoice for the fruits delivered during the month.
If required, we can also include a PO number, cost center, or other notes on the invoice.
